I had two vouchers to burn and was waitlisted on a return trip, booked two months ago (with the old system). Exactly one week before the outbound flight (and 9 days before the return) my two upgrades cleared, and a new ticket was issued. There was no notification whatsoever, I just logged in to my account and saw it. My success rate so far is 2/2, so 100%. Looking forward to receiving 4 fresh vouchers soon...
