Emirates Skywards is upgrading its systems. From 9 to 11 June 2025, some services will be temporarily unavailable including profile updates, password resets, reward bookings, and reward upgrades.
If you’re travelling during this period, please update your Skywards membership number on all bookings in advance. We also recommend downloading your digital membership card from the Emirates App and completing reward bookings or upgrades by 8 June 2025.
This does not specifically mention my reported issue which is identical to the one this thread was addressing. Happy to check again but highly doubtful this has anything to do with it. Also my post was not on that date.
