Same thing with me! It shows mine and the child account I have in my household account including our avios, but my partner in one of BA’s realities (the website) has disappeared from the household along with his avios, however in the BA app reality is still a member and shows the full HHA balance! Well except now the app isn’t showing account info or transactions but is happy to show my upcoming trips for once but that’s for another BA IT rant!
