In terms of parking, where are you driving in from? It might make sense to park outside of Boston and then take a train to Back Bay Station, which is practically connected to both the Marriott and the Westin.
Do you need access to your car while you're in Boston? The answer should be no.
Staying few days in NYC and then taking a rental car to Boston and flying back home from BOS. No need for the car while we are in Boston except one day when we may want to go either the Cape side or the North probably on Thursday and do the local attractions on Friday and Saturday. Considering Marriot Cambridge as well. Longue access would be nice for breakfast though not a must.
