So, we finally got invited into the lounge after half an hour of waiting and then had 25 minutes there before having to leave to board the flight. I still filed a complaint through the website, but didn’t specifically ask for the points back as we did get in, even if for a very short time. I’ll report back as to what they have to say about the experience.
