Like so many things involving AI, if done properly this could be a fantastic use of the technology that will do the job better and faster than humans can. But if the AI isn't trained properly, or the right inputs aren't given, then it will do a scattershot job of room assignments just like humans currently do--some amazing, some seemingly random.
