Thanks Mebabq for the review. As a frequent visitor to Dubai, I have been curious about the hotel for a while. Seems like a reasonable option for an alternative short stay in Dubai (as the other two front line hotels are in the Palm with inferior beaches).

What is the crowd like overall - given the pool club vibe re high volume music - young/russian?.

For lounge pass holders looking at a Bech resort short stay outside Dubai proper, the better option is probably the I/C ras al khaimah which is a strong value for money proposition with a nice beach - although there is a lot of construction around. Be warned.
