I agree with this.

ORD-SEA. Poblano grilled cheese.
It was quite tasty but lacked cheese all the way to the edges. Bread was surprisingly crisp and good except for the crust edges; maybe the caterers cutting off the crust (like my mom would occasionally do many many years ago) would help.
