Last time I came back into the country via SEA (mid-May) the new checkpoint was still under construction... and the now-renamed checkpoint 2 was closed, so it was quite a trek to another open clear/PreCheck checkpoint (5 or 6). So much for saving time by not using the "connections" checkpoint that for some reason doesn't have PreCheck.
