A decent menu at the LHR First Class lounge last month.





Both the stout braised featherblade steak and the oven baked salmon were good, although presentation of the latter was significantly better than the former.





The caramel and pear frangipane was delicious, but both my wife and I agreed that the tub tim krob was not to our taste (although was a creative choice for a lounge menu). The presentation of the Jing tea was neat.
