Have you heard that German Eurowings has announced "real" Business Class seats on a sub-fleet of A320 neos's they are using on flights to DXB?
If I'm not mistaken, BMed had proper Business Class seats in their A321's, but that's long gone, so EW will be the only airline in Europe offering narrowbody sleeper seats. Much needed, as I can hardly imagine spending 7 (!!) hours on those thin and hard shorthaul seats...
QR/EY/EK use widebody aircraft on some of those short hops within the region, which means you'd get seats and aircraft designed for long haul travels.
