if anyone still follows this, my $57 credit for the AC hotels stay still hasn’t posted. Their latest reason for denial:

“after reviewing your purchase from AC IRLA on May 12, 2025, we determined that the terms and conditions of the Chase Offers were not met. We are unable to issue a statement credit to your account because this offer is not valid for Autograph Collection Hotels and Marriott Properties. This location is a Marriott property. Please see the full details of this offer below: Earn 10% cash back on your AC Hotels stay, with a $57.00 cash back maximum, when you spend $100 or more. Offer expires 6/22/2025. Complete payment for your stay must be made by 6/22/2025. Payment must be made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid at Autograph Collection Hotels properties. Offer not valid at other Marriott properties. Offer not valid on purchases made using third-party services, delivery services, or a third-party payment account (e.g., buy now pay later). Payment must be made on or before offer expiration date. Offer valid one time only.”

So basically, what the genius says is that the offer is not valid at any property?!… sigh.

I think I will save me the aggravation.
