I rarely if ever use the late check out benefit which, because I never used it, I didn't realize it was gone

Asked for one yesterday at the Signia Atlanta and was flatly refused it by the front desk. Thinking I had it as Diamond I asked to speak to a manager who offered a 1pm check out for $175. Thanks but no thanks.
