Saw it being constructed when I flew in from DOH 2 weeks back. It's basically right across the exit after you clear CBP and walk through that long hallway through the one-way doors (i.e., where all the folks waiting for their friends/family/etc. are)

Interestingly, the checkpoint above that (where it only does Pre/CLEAR) will still be there for the time-being but its now renamed checkpoint 2
