Which is indicative that BA has incorrectly unbundled their fare, rather than CE being popular because it’s CE. The fact they are pricing CE below the price of ET plus the baggage fees (and Lounge/Priority/etc) to provide the same allowance (et al) is an error on their part IF CE is popular on its own for its “space” and meal. If CE is popular for being CE, it should be priced at ET plus luggage fees plus a small fee to represent the additional services (potentially minus a portion of that fee for the bundle).
