How Long Does it take for Marriott to correct a bill?

I stayed at Le Méridien in New Orleans end of April attending a conference. There was supposed to be a $25 credit every night of stay. Normally I check my bill the night before to ensure charges are correct even though my company is paying for my stay. I didn't this occasion, and only noticed that I did not receive the credit when I was completing my expense report two days later. I called the hotel twice and left message with accounting to credit my card and send me a corrected bill. I followed up a week later via the Marriott online portal explaining and providing copy of bill. No response.

Has anyone ever had a problem getting a Marriott hotel to correct a bill after check out? I am on the verge of initiating a dispute with my credit card company to correct the error.
This is too frustrating over something that is very simple to fix.
