Hello,

I will be flying on AA DFW-LHR, BA LHR-WAW ... and then to return WAW-ZRH on LO in Economy, and then connecting to AA for ZRH-PHL in Business Class as an Executive Platinum. It's all on one ticket sold by American Airlines. Does anyone know how LOT will handle this for baggage rules and excess bag fees?

AA shows it as 3 bags outbound (as Exec Plat + Business Class), and 1 bag on the return. I've seen this before where they can't process the baggage correctly with other partner airlines even (eg: checking in with British Airways), but it's been processed as 3 bags in both directions ... But, of course, in this case - LOT is not a partner, and this is using interline agreement.

LOT does not have any clear instructions of this sort of situation on their website, but the Most Significant Rule does imply that LOT ultimately has the authority to charge what they will...
