i arrived on 11. may and yes it was enforced; but the immigration officer do not ask for print outs or QR codes, as they see your TDAC on their screen as soon as they scan your passport
the airlines do not care at all, as they do need to enforce or even check , whether their passengers did one. As it is possible to do one in the arrival area before immigration
