Can anyone compare these two properties? I've stayed at Carlsbad and it was fine. Both are about same distance to where I need to be (Vista Courthouse).

Seabird is also a possibility (need Hyatt nights) but not sure about (1) solo traveler, and (2) parking situation. I have an early court appearance and can't be waiting 30 minutes for my car on a Monday morning.
