On my last 2 stays, I requested a 3pm checkout as a globalist. Housekeeping rang the doorbell at 10am while I was on a call and had the privacy button on both times pretending they were coming to service the room. When I said I was checking out that day, they feigned surprise and asked what time. Shouldn't this be more coordinated for a PH?
Absolutely they should be more oiled and coordinated however this hotel has struggled being a 5 star from day one.
I've seen select 3 stars @ 149 per night sometimes outperform this property
Revolving door GMs and Area managers playing musical chairs doesn't help the situation either
for an 800 dollar a night and up hotel
Breakfast over the years as well as service all a crap shoot. All that said put the Hyatt name on it
and we Hyatt faithful followers will come
Some will complain but many come back anyway.I've had some great experiences at the property and some I would
like to forget.I think we all aspire for consistency.I haven't returned now for a few years so out of the loop somewhat.
