Return travel from the last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure.

Permitted.
NOTE:
1. Minimum 2 stopovers required
2. Maximum 2 stopovers permitted in the continent of origin
The OW RTW tickets can have up to 16 segments. Get best value if use all, in the
12 month validity. A stopover is more than 24hrs
You could put other flights between LHR OSL. Have a long stop over in London - for months, with some other later EU flights. Do the last segment on day 365. DOH is EU for RTW rules.
