I've had issues with App at times recently and SDC options would sometimes only appear on website. If you don't see options when go through change flights after check-in on website, also try going through change flights under itin details on website.
So the Delta agent I spoke to over at the diamond desk told me that I'm not eligible for a SDC because I'm flying on a Delta connection flight.So I would have to do a SDC to Delta planes exclusively. And that is no good because a nonstop flight would now turn into a connection. i've never heard of such a thing
