Besides that, there's the Air France lounge. I heard AF is pretty lackluster all around. So trying to avoid that.

Assuming Cathay is closed in the morning, would you recommend trying to get into VA Clubhouse with my Priority Pass instead? I'm not interested in trekking all the way to Terminal 1 for the other decent lounges since I have an international flight. Sad that the Centurion lounge is close
Welcome!

What airline are you actually flying on?

According to this recent blog post, it appears the BA lounge is open as a contract lounge early for the JAL departure, but would only be accessible for customers traveling on JAL.

The Air France lounge is a contract lounge for customers traveling on Qatar Airways, so only folks traveling on them would be eligible.

Cathay Pacific operates a midday (13:40) flight to HKG so they would be open around that time for their flight. If you are flying on a oneWorld member airline on a qualifying flight then you should be able to access it.

Edit to add: Keep in mind that not all international business class flights come with lounge access. For example, if you are flying Alaska Airlines or American Airlines, there are restrictions to lounge access for shorter international flights based on class of service.
