I reported the fairly fundamental flaw of not being able to check in / get a boarding pass through the Android app that has persisted for months to the GGL team. Despite some follow-up questions from IT, it never got resolved, and out of 12 flights last month I was only able to get check in / get a boarding pass in the app for 3 of them, despite reinstalling the app about a hundred times...
So, maybe throw in a complaint and see if you get a few Avios, but given the number of negative reviews on the Play Store with fairly consistent reasons for the low score, I would wholly expect reporting any issues to go into a void.

have to know what the issues with their app(s) are. They either don't know how to fix them, or don't see it as a priority.
