Same issue for me, can't access the membership account on the app keeps failing.

Is there any other way to get a copy of my BA Club card as need a screenshot for a status match? Can't see anything on the website version but may be looking in the wrong place.

EDIT: Have found a way. On the page where you can order a physical copy of the card there's an option to download a copy.
