I usually do when flying TATL to visit my elderly father in SEA in high density areas and situations; boarding, customs, in aisle seat etc.

Last week wife and I went LIS-PDL for a few days; I masked up (N95 with valve) outbound and was the only one. She became symptomatic on our return and all I got was a bit of throat scratchiness. I will continue this regimen.
