I had this exact same scenario with 9X/Mokulele. It was an ordeal but I did end up getting the 500 mile minimum after many calls. According to the reps I talked to, their internal docs still indicate the pre-2025 policies stating an exception for 9X being a 100 EQM minimum rather than 500 (but that info is nowhere public-facing, so I pushed back on that saying that was old information and not what was online... and besides the point I still did not even earn the 100 EQMs). Eventually after escalating twice the correct miles posted (albeit without any elite bonus for revenue miles, but it was already hours on the phone at that point). Good luck
