It is worth bearing in mind in case you ever experience this and can’t risk waiting for the availability to (hopefully) be restored. So it seems every time this happens a PNR has been created in their system but you just can’t see it.
It so happens that I wanted to do exactly that last week, but the PSL agent couldn't get hold of the ticket because it was "under website control".
Of course the fare was no longer available to make a fresh booking.
She suggested to wait 30 minutes for the PNR to disappear and the inventory to be replenished, but with no guarantee whatsoever about availability. It did end up working, though.
Not sure if there is a new ticket ownership process or if this agent just couldn't do what other agents did with no problem in the past. Mysteries of AF IT.

The app doesn't show it anymore (since May I'd say ?).
Quite annoying when you want to call the TA right away. The trick is to quit the app, go back to "My Bookings", and refresh the list. Then, the phantom booking appears with an "unticketed" label.
