The only active trademark registration is for CALEDONIAN AIRWAYS which is owned by Thomas Cook (relating to the charter airline operations that were created in 1988 as a rebrand of British Airtours, later became Thomas Cook Airlines, went into liquidation in 2019). A separate trademark registration for CALEDONIAN owned by Caledonian Airways was allowed to expire at the end of March 2025
