whilst the lr and more preferably the xlr are absolutely the aircraft you would want given a choice, i don't get the impression there are lots of them around waiting to be bought. the lead times for the xlr in particular are several years as they are in high demand.

787s or even some A330s would have been a better choice.

their purchase of A380s is yet another example which suggests this is not a serious enterprise, it is probably the worst aircraft they could have chosen.
