Just checked out from a 2 night stay at the JW. It is a horrible hotel.
Crowded, overwhelemed badly trained staff and the usual Marriott profit gearing happening.
Room was kind of filthy, coffee machine (piece of Chinese plastic with the cheapest pods, of course not able to use with my Nespresso capsules) not working, no minibar, ordering a drink in room service took about an hour to be delivered, Club Lounge crowded with people smoking and very little offering.
And the place as such very noisy. Difficult to sleep.
