The grand-daddy of OnePass, the Eastern Executive Traveler Program, used your phone number. I still have the card. According to its Wiki, CO's TravelBank was formed in 1981, then became OnePass in 1987 when EA and TB joined to form the single program. Maybe my "AA1..." number is a fluke, but I received it right at the outset of the program.
