What has just been communicated is very clear : upgrade J to P with Ulti vouchers can be done only within OLCI window. And you mentioned you need to have the original ticket on J, C or D. But I haven't seen this restriction in what has been communicated. It was just having a revenue ticket in business class, so can be also O, Z, I.
Do you have other info ?
