My LHR-HND flight is showing “final boarding” in the app, even with a B gate listed…. This is three hours before scheduled departure. Asked the Galleries staff to confirm the flight is not, in fact, in boarding. She looked it up and dismissed with a wave to “ignore the app”. Also had all sorts of difficulty checking in yesterday. Ended up doing from a laptop.
