Agreed - my interpretation is those seats were for KE’s own top elites, or perhaps just for those booked directly with KE. As a DL DM I have a trip booked in Presitige, on a DL ticket, and see no way to upgrade to one of the F/Kosmo seats (on a route from ICN-BKK, where F isn’t offered.) Curious if I’ll be offered anything on the day of travel, or pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. Last year I wasn’t, and was also DM then.
