EXP desk, who was super nice btw, saw the flight still in the res on her end. She called the One World desk who apparently called IB and said the segment was still good. The IB and BA sites both still show the segment, so it isn't just an AA thing. I also saw that it isn't being sold anymore, which is why I pressed the issue.
This seems to be an IB disconnect.
