yes. and thats exactly my point. if im on team CB, i would just go straight to CB cards. and not mess around w/ transfer partners.

this means no TYP cards if statement credit is gonna get deval. also assuming i dont want TYP GCs during a sale.

so i would just focus on various CB quad or trifectas like bofa plat honors, chase, tons of amex cards + charles schwab, tons of USB, WF auto + attune, etc.

only citi card i would prob have is the CC or DC or costco w/ 5/4/3/2/1 CB. costco gas is 5% CB. i wouldnt bother w/ stupid TYP that expire if u do something wrong.

i understand pple like to use a hybrid strategy on a case by case basis. but thats just more to manage and more risk exposure to ur strategy.
