Lounge access with CSR very airport dependent, especially in the US. For example, at SFO which is our most frequent departure airport, The Club (Priority Pass) and the Maple Leaf Lounge (Air Canada) are great lounges in T1 and T2.

At IAH, our second most frequent departure airport, aside from the Minute Suites (1 hour max), no other lounge options in the domestic terminals.

Outside of US, there are a lot more Priority Pass lounge options.

Also, Chase has Chase Sapphire lounges at a few (and I emphasize "few") airports.

Redemption to Hyatt is fantastic with CSR. We have stayed at suites all over the world using Hyatt points. Easy to redeem and much easier to find then business class reward seats.
