The older aged FA on KLM consistently give me the worst experience. I am not sure if it’s the tenure or something but they seem to do the bare minimum in terms of work, are exceptionally poor service-wise to anyone who dares not speak Dutch, and overall seem apathetic to creating a nice experience for pax. Nice to hear it’s been changing for you.
I did not have the best of luck with the older flight attendants. But it is changing in the last months. I do not know if it is because somebody told them to do more effort or it is because I always bring something nice (something local from the destination) on the way back to Holland for the crew. Might be that they make extra notes in the profile.
