Stayed at the “Grand” part of the hotel overnight this week; had a flight arriving in T3 around 10PM and a flight out at T2 the next morning 11AM. I had booked the “run of the house” rate including breakfast and Onsen back in January, which was ¥22,840 / ~USD 160.

I got a room with king sized bed on the 11th floor facing what I think was T3 / monorail / parking lot. Very quiet.

Room had everything I needed other than body lotion:
- bathroom with bathtub and supplied with bath towels, hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toothbrush/toothpaste
- room came with pajamas, coffee maker, kettle, coffee/tea, sugar, creamer powder, small bottles of water, mugs (2 of everything)
- also had choice of leather slippers or disposable slippers
- there was a little seating / couch area and small table, mini fridge and safe. Plastic cups at the ice machine to retrieve ice. I was very happy I could enjoy my Choya Umeshu and soda from Lawson ☺️
- seems like there was the ability to order 24 hour room service via QR code but I couldn’t get the menu to load - I wasn’t looking to order just curious what was on the menu
- each floor had vending machines for beverages, a microwave and an ice machine
- check-in using the kiosks was very efficient; payment required at checking (card and cash accepted; I was able to use the last of my ¥, even the coins). Hotel staff then hands you your key and breakfast / spa voucher if included
- check out also via kiosk, basically just return the key to the machine and you’re done

Very impressed with the efficiency; and even though everything is through the kiosks, there was always staff available to help with any questions.

The best part for me was the “cloak room” where you can leave your luggage (complimentary); they kept a bag for me for 7 days before my actual check-in date while I took a side trip to another country! I was prepared to pay at the airport and thought to check; I didn’t think they would keep it for that long but they were more than happy to. After verifying my reservation, I signed up using the QR code and received a QR code that I rescanned to collect my bag when I returned.

Hotel is part of the “Airport Garden” complex attached to T3 - I didn’t see clear signs but the info counter was very visible and they pointed me in the right direction.

Free shuttle to T2 was easy enough - also got directions from the info counter. It runs every 4 mins and takes about 10 mins.

I didn’t actually end up using the onsen or even breakfast even though I paid for it There’s a 24 hour Lawson that I picked food up from for a late night snack and breakfast, and then I also had ANA lounge access.

I’d totally stay here again if I had an overnight layover, and not pre-pay for breakfast/onsen.

I’m not sure how much nicer the Premier part of the hotel is but honestly don’t think it is needed, the Grand was more than enough for an overnight stay.

Almost forgot the most important part: the observation deck on the 5th floor of T3 is INCREDIBLE!! It is before security and open 24 hours. It was quite warm and humid the evening I was there, otherwise I totally would have had a coffee and snack on the deck before checking into the hotel.
