Adding two datapoints:
  • Arrived 5:15AM T3 on May 23 NH159 JFK-HND, no wait
  • Arrived 10:00PM T2 on June 4 NH886 KUL-HND, no wait

I registered on the website with QR code so upon arrival, I followed the directions for QR code, directed to the kiosk, followed the signs to the immigration counter, got my passport stamped and was done. Both times didn’t get stopped to check bags (I had a 35L North Face base camp backpack and a cross body purse).

Don’t have the time stamps like the poster above, but I would say maybe like 20 mins max from deplaning to clearing passport control and most of that time was walking rather than any amount of waiting.
