Had a situation with a determinedly unhelpful and unpleasant (*) gate agent that I complained about last week and was surprised to get an ECV of $150. I've never gotten one of those before. More than I got last year for the collapsible roller cart that a flight attendant removed from a first-class bin without asking and then someone at the gate apparently redistributed to one of their friends later (since it was never seen again)!
(*) In theory it doesn't actually hurt me and I certainly wouldn't file a complaint over it by itself, but I was honestly a little surprised to see that Delta apparently doesn't train its customer-facing agents not to have lengthy nasty .....fests about their colleagues in front of customers at all, much less customers waiting for help. That's one of the basics, and, unlike many things customer service people are asked to do, is actually pretty easy and not at all degrading/embarrassing.
