This warning started appearing yesterday, the day of your same day change. The pre 5/28 policy did say the free bags go away on WGA if you make a change. Unfortunately we found out that same day changes aren't an exception to this policy. If you had not SDC, you'd have keep your free bags. I don't think you will be successful with a chargeback.
