EDIT: just checked and app was updated to 6.13.1 3 days ago and I suspect issue started after that update.
I see the same issue and circumstances so assume a mismatch between the latest update and another system for some reason. There has been a significant uplift in app updates over the last few days which often indicates a wide iOS update coming sometimes which can then resolve things.
