If I look at that page when not logged in, it gives normal Aeroplan contact numbers.
Just to loop back on this, I tried calling the Concierge today about the Aeroplan redemption schedule change that was rebooked a couple of weeks ago as an unflyable itinerary. I'm not sure I reached the Concierge despite having called the overseas Concierge number because I had to go through a long series of automated prompted, which I haven't encountered before as an SE. When I finally reached a person she said she couldn't help at all with Aeroplan bookings.
I don't understand why the AC website tells SEs they should call a number for help with Aeroplan bookings and then when they call that number they're told sorry, no help with Aeroplan bookings here.
As I said, I doubt this was a Concierge. (I doubt it.) But it's still a Concierge issue because this is the number AC tells me to call for reaching the Concierge. (An email to the Concierge sent 24 hours ago has gone unanswered).
