I'm trying to book a room in the Center City area (ideally just south of City Hall) for a family member with some particular needs. They have status with Marriott so would prefer to stay at a Bonvoy property. I'm specifically looking for:

2. Rooms that have windows or a balcony door that can be opened to let in fresh air.
