Ua 2451 lga - iah (4jun 2025)

UA 2451
LGA - IAH
14.00 - 16.47

We experienced a modern and clean LGA Terminal B.
As in IAH Terminal C: everyone except Global Services is expected to use machines to check themselves in and print their luggage tags.
Spoiler

There are seperate security lines for TSA-pre and the priority (premier access) queue puts you in front of thr economy line.
After security we headed past the Centurion & Chase lounge.
Spoiler

No queues at 12.00 noon on a Tuesday to get in.

As i am not eligable for AMEX green and have no access to US creditcards. We went further to visit the AirCanada Maple Leaf Lounge.
Experience at LGA AC MLL (4 JUN 2025)
Ofcourse i was begged for a lounge hop to the UA Club, had to deny my spawn that opportunity as my doctor says i must stick to rabbit food and no ultra processed foods temptations of any kinds.

Our flight UA 2451 was handled by an all female flightdeck and cabincrew.
A very junior cabincrew onboard which gave my collegiate son some flirty attention..... good to see romance isn't dead

No PDB offered... could be his fault for keeping them distracted.
Once inflight,

Economy service has the new JUN month menu.

For domestic First,
- your choices of beverages
Spoiler

- bowl of warm nuts
Again, i blame my spawn, i had no pretzels in my cup, i'm not lucky today... but than again,, who am i to judge as my son is lucky in love

We had ordered the following pre-order :
Spoiler

Seatback entertainment was good.
Actually more entertainment was seat 1A.
Seat 1A didn't like any of the pre-order / meal choicrs onboard, not even any alternative choices of economy and thus asked the crew to keep those mimosas flowing. While counting 6 mimosas downed, she was still very agile during the flight with her streches, if i do it, i'm all knotted up like a pretzel as i can even barely fit in the F-seat. Envious!
Spoiler

In the end i can say i had enjoyed this flight, as more as observing the whole courtship dance of young adults do their modern dance of flirting. Times have changed, if i see my son using his modern charms, they differ very much from my age where showing a bit of ankle would already get * blushes* and enticement.
This is my last domestic UA F flight for a long time so am glad i can keep a positive memory of my experience.
