I would make my own spreadsheet with what I had expected to earn and send it (pdf) to customer service and ask them to reconcile it with their system.
I just noticed that my EQM balance is 1000 higher than when I last checked, and I recently received 500 RDMs from a shopping portal promotion. Looking at activities, I now see these entries:
Those weren't there this morning. So it seems I received my 500 RDM bonus, then 500 extra RDMs from my double RDM 10k Perk, and then for the first time non-air everyday partner EQMs show up. Apparently the 500 RDM pushed me over a multiple-of-3000 RDMs for partner activity and triggered the 1000 EQM. Going back in my history, I now see two additional 1000 EQM postings for non-air partner activity.
