Forever ago, like 30 years ago, when my dad got OnePass Numbers for the whole family in the 2L6N format, he and I got the same 2L but nobody else in the family did. He hated his so much he petitioned CO and eventually managed to get his changed. He didn't do the same for me as I had no idea what the common acronym for Venereal Disease was at the time. I am still stuck with it. I smile every time I see my MP number and think about my dad.
