Generally agree with the last few posts.

Before covid CX FAs were consistently good, but nowadays you may once in a while get a poor CX cabin crew, who don't work well together and seem confused.

Over many flights my perception of CX cabin crew is that they are better than BA on average, but my last few trips with BA on this route were excellent. The reason for the better service on BA may be that those flights were lightly loaded, while my CX flights are always quite full and thus feel more chaotic if the FAs are not on top of things.

If the price difference between the two are negligible I would prefer CX due to the larger choice of flight times. However over the past decade whenever I have been ready to book, I feel that one of the two has always been meaningfully cheaper (or for redemptions only one suitable option was available / BA off-peak is cheaper on avios) which made the choice easy.
